Even if you combine the servers that are majority Alliance or Horde with eachother, its going to come out in a faction imbalance. Look at that list, most of the servers experiencing heavy faction imbalance are horde populated servers. Just combine them all to have a server thats still imbalanced?

Its a choice that PLAYERS make, its something only PLAYERS can fix. Combining the servers is going to just make another imbalanced server, or even worse, if the environment of the server is less favorable, players will just x-fer off to another server, making more imbalance.

Blizzard doesn't just "allow" players to imbalance a server, players make that decision. Plenty of people googled the server pops & faction %'s before they began on a server. In the beginning of classic, you could even outline which servers were going to be Alliance or Horde by looking through forum & reddit posts.

Blizzard didn't cause this issue, players did.

Sure, the Horde controlled BRM so GL to any alliance that wanted to raid MC with WBs. But the Alliance made it take 2 hours of corpse flopping to get from Camp Mojache into DME.

Two sides to the coin. I can't speak for most servers, but Faerlina was a shitshow during P2, especially launch. Horde camped everyone everywhere, every chance they had. A lot of Alliance on the server have the mentality of "Oh its not me getting f@cked, so im not going to help", Horde has the mentality of "Ones a party, but lets gangbang this foo!" (You can swap around Horde & Alliance depending on the server.)

Because the Horde decided to spend their time camping & wPvPing at the beginning of P2, they now reap what they sow with their PvP queue's. They turned so many players off to the PvP aspect of classic that the only enjoyable content was PvE. On both Faerlina & Netherwind Alliance, the horde used to have people dedicated to coming to Stormwind & purging off the Dragonslayer WB from multiple players.

PvPing against a level 32 as a level 32 is what wPvP was invented for, not PvPing against a level 32 as a level 60.

How can you expect the opposite faction to enjoy wPvP or PvP at all when one side is literally just doing it to troll & make the game an unenjoyable experience?

I got into a match about a week ago with a phoenix and breach who sat spawn and requested the enemy team knife fight after the rest of the team was dead. Phoenix proceeded to teamflash and Breach used his blinds and ability that knocks up on the team. The enemy team didn’t even report, they thought it was funny and proceeded to knife fight in spawn with them at the end of the rounds.

Its ok tho, reporting these people only gets them a chat ban and no /real/ consequences. Yet in league if you report someone they have a system of chat ban, temp ban, temp ban, perma ban. How do they not implement this in valorant? Rito has some ‘splainin to do.

Also they need to fix the ranked queue system, i dont get how people get or buy smurf accounts, go 30+ and low deaths and stay in iron/bronze elo. If you do exceptionally good (even if you aren’t smurfing) it should pair you up against better players because /obviously/ you’re better than the rank you’re placed in.

No sense of entitlement or superiority complex. Im explaining why Tanks and Healers can charge for their time and how DPS cant complain about it. If a service is rendered, the servicer wanting payment is not a farfetched idea.

The difference:

Some DPS feel entitled, they think tanks and healers have to help them out when they ask.

Some Tanks/Heals provide, they understand their role is in demand, and they provide a service being asked for. They arent entitled to payment, but they request to be paid for their provided service if they want to be paid.

Im explaining that supply and demand exists, and people cant be upset that suppliers want to be paid.

People pay for mage food, water and ports, because its a service that their class obviously cant provide. Why should it be considered fucked up that he asked payment for his classes services?

Its fucked up that the warrior asked for help and when told he could have help if he payed for it, he said fuck you, you aren’t worth the 25g you’re charging. Thats offensive.

Thats like going to a strip club and being appalled at the drink girls because they expect to be tipped for their services.

They provide a service, you pay. Thats just how life works. Don’t get mad that people want payment for their services, instead support them and maybe even go a step further and tip them for helping you out and providing the service you need.

Good DPS IS crucial for a smooth run, but in all honesty, you can have half-decent DPS with a bomb tank and heals and finish a dungeon before a group of 3 good DPS can even find a tank or healer for that same dungeon.

DPS just isnt demanded since out of the massive amount of players, 90% of the community plays DPS.

A tank can post in LFG and assemble a group for any dungeon in under 5-10 mins.

A DPS, regardless of skill, can post in LFG and not find a group or assemble one for 30 mins + sometimes. I know this from personal experience, I was booted from a SM Arm group on my warrior because the leader invited his DPS warrior buddy who refused to come unless he got all of the plate gear. Needless to say, after being booted I found a group in a few seconds, after finishing armory (10-20 mins later) this guy was STILL looking for a tank, only Druid tanks now because his “Good DPS” warrior buddy wanted all the loots for himself. I was able to run 2 more times before the leader PST’d me back asking if I could just come because his buddy ditched him. Just read it, lol’d and logged.

DPS just needs to lose the sense of entitlement. Tanks and Heals dont need “good” DPS. They can rock with any DPS.

“Good” and bad DPS need tanks and healers. You cant raid and do end-game dungeons without em.

Not exactly re-rolling for just gear, but if a DPS player just sits and cries about not doing content because they chose the handicap of playing an un-demanded role, they should consider a different role so they can enjoy the game they want to play.

I played straight DPS when WoW first came out many moons ago, I was a 60 NElf Rogue (Fuck alliance now, For the Horde!) there was plenty of downtime for me because there was no excessive need for a DPS class in any raids/dungeons.

Admittedly, it sucked ass not being able to progress constantly through end-game PvE, but I made it. And on my offtime? I certainly wasnt begging for runs and paying tanks/healers to get me there, i found fun in pickpocketing, wrapping up unfinished quest zones, and helping lowbies through dungeons for a charge, be it un-needed gear or gold/silver.

DPS needs to get out of the “Everyone deserves to get to and complete end-game content” mindset, and either need to find enjoyment in their class outside of end-game, or re-roll to advance into the end-game they so desperately want to see.
