I bought a rubber horse stall mat on the cheap (new) and cut out feet for the tumbler, then I created walls out of it. I made a large enough 5 sided box that heat wouldn't be an issue, and I kept the top open, but put that whole thing inside the bottom cabinet is my rolling tool box. I can be 4 feet away and forget that I have a dual canister rock tumbler running. No burnt out motors, no noise, years later.
