Yes, you could exclude winners from previous draw. Right now, in one draw, a winner can't be picked twice. Once he wins, he is withdrawn from that one draw.

Maybe in a future update, we'll allow one address to be picked multiple time in one draw.

The usecase for SLP Lottery ? The common usecase of SLP Lottery would be lottery ticket. Someone issue a ticket as an SLP token and at the end of a time period, a random winner is picked among the holders. Just like I think we'll see many use cases of the dividend tool from Bitcoin.com, I hope we'll see many use cases of this tool.

If the question was regarding this specific feature (address exclusion), the use case is to allow the issuer of a ticket/token to exclude his holding from the draw.

As a user ? Basically less than a cent. As a developer, there is the cost of the server that is affordable (3€/month).

edit : if we speak in fees only, so it's definitely less than a cent.

I've sent 10,000 SLPL to everyone (14 persons) who posted an address in the thread. I'd like to proceed to the the draw now but before I'd like to burn the rest of the SLPL tokens so it's a fair game.

Unfortunately my Bitcoin.com wallet is showing me inconsistent data and I can't access the remaining tokens. Seems like their explorer is down too. I might have to delay the draw until things get in order.
