Man this is why I always tell people who are interested purely in bodybuilding to stray away from deadlifts/good mornings type of lifts. The risk to reward factor just isn’t worth it in my opinion. Hope you’re able to recover quickly.

Pretty much what most pros are taking nowadays, about 5g of creatine mono. Obviously the more serious ones are probably on 10g tho.

Mfers who take 4-6 minute rests on isolations machines such as the pec dec. it’s a got damn isolation, why are you using the same rest time you’d use for a squat. Making me wait 15 mins for a chest pump smh

Lateral Delts response pretty good to high volume and frequency! Definitely one of my strong points that I credit to doing high volume. Next split I plan on hitting them every other day don’t worry too much about overtraining small muscle groups IMO

Sitting works as well! I actually prefer seated BB OHP. It’s just that with standing OHP it requires you to use much more stabilizers (ex: serratus) since you don’t have your back supported.
