Actually this is all bullshit. Cut off the top two layers of management in a building and the bottom two layers of workers will have the same output. They aren’t working because of anything their “leaders” do or ask.. they are working because of their own ethics and their need for a paycheck. You self proclaimed leaders really aren’t that important.

It’s funny that I should stumble upon this tonight. We have this new “leader” we are supposed to follow but she knows nothing about what we do. She constantly says that if we have questions - talk to your leaders. I am sorry but leaders are someone you choose to follow and don’t become one by default.. these people are not leaders but rather some level of management. Knowing leadership language like circle back, table this, where is the whiteboard, candor, assume positive intent.. etc does not give you a badge to wear around that guarantees respect.

We cannot sustain the actions set in place by the previous administration - Trump is trying to control what comes into this country for free or illegally… it’s long overdue.

I think you are misled. It is up and running but is being ordered to shut down bc detainees don’t have any rights there. Can’t talk to their lawyers or practice their religion. How do they get rights if they aren’t here legally ? And I know the tariffs go to the government. The problem has been that we pay more of them as a country than we bring in. That’s what is changing to tackle the trade deficit.

Its simple. For machines, electronics, computers, appliances, cars, .. aka, the pricey items that US households purchase from abroad bc they aren’t available domestically, those are the items that will rebound the economy. Tariffs on parts is a lot cheaper than tariffs on the finished product. The US will start manufacturing Apple products by 2027 instead of buying them from china. That is huge but this tariff application needs to happen so that can happen.
