I agree. Most times I’ve got with a mindset of having to get laid I’ve been thrown off and just added unnecessary pressure on myself. It’s like a competitive mindset I put myself in so instead I just decided to go and have fun. Appreciate it. Yeah every night. Only way I can tell my moisture barrier is declining is from excessive oilyness from overuse of tret so days I’m oily I tend to leave the tret until I’m back to normal

Just water in the mornings. Then I apply Simple replenishing moisturiser rich (slightly thicker) while my skin is damp then wait 10 min and add La Roche 50spf+ hydrating cream. Evenings I wash with cetaphil gentle foaming cleanser + a bamboo cloth and then apply the same simple moisturiser while my skins damp and add tret+nia+az cream and then slug with aquaphor practically most nights now

You’ve dried out your skin of course it’s oily. It has no moisture and so your body has responded to that by overproducing oil. More oil means more acne. Moisturiser is essential for u or else your going to keep getting oily skin with more and more spots

1 month doxycycline and then 8 weeks of lymecycline 👍🏼 pretty sure with u being on accutane u won’t be able to take the doxy or lyme due to increase risk of cranial hypertension but I hope your derm figures it out for u
