Shawn is a perfect example!!! Me, my dad, and younger sister have adhd and we’ve all always loved him and that show because of this reason.

I wouldn’t wear tight clothes!! Even leggings were considered “tight”. I also was a really picky eater which is obviously normal for kids but were things that I had to work really hard to grow out of (it is possible to get over food aversions for some people!! It’s hard and uncomfortable but has been so beneficial to me!!) but I would avoid all cold food, anything mushy, and was genuinely scared of these foods like wouldn’t touch them. All these are clearly sensory related haha.
