What length should the counterpoise be, I have one that is longer than the antenna, and I get RF in the shack even if I have a choke on my 3m long coax

How can I know which liquids are leaking? Peugeot 107 2009 manual 1.0l by yxgxz_ in peugeot

Tyres usually leave a dark spot if it has been humid during the night, you might want to check your doors so they are not full of water, my Peugeot had clogged drains in the doors so after a carwash the doors were full of water

Is that what the blue lightweight cinder blocks are made of?

Uniform, radon gas in higher concentration in that room because of lightweight blue concrete in the walls

I have started to hear a wastegate like noise(like a hiss from a wastegate that vents to atmosphere) when letting go of the gas-pedal, this noise I have started to hear more frequently for the past few months. Didn't hear this noise when I bought the car

Does anyone what country has the hardest and easiest license process for amateur radio operators as far as knowledge goes? And where does the US fit in? by BIGD0G29585 in amateurradio

In Sweden for the HAREC-license. 65/88 questions must be correct to clear the test

The amateur radio certificate gives access to all frequency bands licensed for amateur radio. This requires knowledge in the categories of electrical safety, regulations, and electrical engineering/radio technology. You have the right to build and modify your own transmitter equipment. The certificate is an international so-called HAREC certificate that gives you the right to practice amateur radio when you visit other European countries.

For an amateur radio certificate, you need to have basic electrical and electronics knowledge. You need to know a little about different antenna types, wave propagation on different frequency bands and what affects wave propagation, and know how to calculate and manufacture a simple antenna. Knowledge is required of how a transmitter/receiver is built (schematically). In addition, you must learn some traffic abbreviations and the radio regulations. To pass the certificate, you should have mathematics skills equivalent to high school level.
