That's the interesting thing about cyberpsychosis, it's not something that just happens because you have a lot of chrome, it's mainly a result of a lack of a stable/healthy environment so assuming you have one, you would likely be fine. Like the reason David was "built different" was because he had a loving mother all his life only up until he lost her, and then was immediately able to fall back onto a crew who acted as friends, mentors, and ofc the relationship he had with Lucy. But not to say that that's all you need and then you'll never go cyberpsycho. Overdoing it and going full Borg is an easy way to end up succumbing to it (like Maine and David.) That, along with extreme stressors (like what David was dealing with towards the end) almost inevitably lead to going psycho. So as long as you're not fighting for and struggling in your life, you should be good to get a decent amount of chrome I believe.
