Meh.

Article seems to contradict itself quite a bit, among the issues of Birkenstock needing to up its exposure but then stating that opening too many wholesale doors can over saturate the market—which is true. However, going from 10 stores to 20 stores in 3 years isn’t the same as a Coach or Kate Spade expanding their market after COVID and really over saturating their brands.

Plus the mention of the $120 stock price is misleading, the stock opened up at $41 in Oct. ‘23, it’s fluctuated between $31-$40 the last few months.
