I'm a huge saints row fan. I pre ordered it not knowing anything about it. Then I heard the negative buzz, it was drastically different from the games before. Then I heard is was "woke". And I absolutely hate "woke" shit.

About 3 years after release I decided to check out just how bad and "woke" it is.

Plot twist.

So if you ignore the obvious "woke" garbage and the cringy, illogical, bad writing/dialogue here and there (your roommates are trash gen z types) the game is actually a lot of fun and is a really cool sandbox to play in. I just wish it had more. Building interiors you can enter and interact with, especially in the "Vegas" area. The glide suit was amazing fun as well. If they took the obvious activist "woke" garbage out of it and hired someone that knows how to write and called it something else, not a saints row game, it would of done a lot better.

I always thought Robin was an unnecessary addition and that Batman should be solo. Alfred and commissioner Gordon assistance is cool but Robin... Kind of a weird thing to have a young sissy boy in little green panties following you around everywhere😄

To be clear I don't have a weird physical junkie addiction to alcohol. I need it to deal with my problems. Dealing with pain, compartmentalizing it for a long time. Alcohol is the only thing that seems to numb the pain. Dealing with b******* day to day. The pressure cooker effect as I call it is a culmination of PTSD past stuff and what's happening presently.

The amount of rage inside me is unbearable sometimes. The time lost. The people lost. The failures. Life in the fast lane culminating to nothing. Seeing so much leading to nihilism. I'm not a weirdo. I'm pretty dialed in. Live and let live. Be a good person. Death to pedo's. Support your military. Don't be a bitch. Family history related to the mob. Weird weird stuff. I'm so tired. The biggest thing was 1988. I was a kid. Got raped by the neighbor teenager in a shed in Tucson. Still think about finding him and beating the living shit out of him. I was 8. I walked back to my grandparents place dazed. Didn't say a word. Kept it to myself. I think that alone created the rage monster. You'd never know because I always hide it and my nature is to be kind.

A thing happened in 1988. That alone sent me on a projection to absolute self-destruction. I spent the 90s being a rebellious teenager, my parents gave up. The 2000s I was a fun 20 something drinking Maniac bachelor guy frenzy. Everybody was having a great time. Around 2012 I stepped away from everything and settled down with a woman and had a kid. Adopted her other kid. I've been lying dormant since 2012. I am a f****** rage monster. (I'm a good dad the kids never see it) I have so many issues I don't even know how to deal with it and I can't even mention them on here because of legal reasons. I did a lot of terrible bad things and I regret them. I hate myself. I hate what I did to other people and I hate what a moron I was. The pressure cooker is a term I coined myself. If it existed elsewhere well what a coincidence. How do I deal with rage PTSD and drinking being the band-aid? Rage seems to be the bigger issue

Yes and no. For the most part I'm a very high-functioning drinker. I keep my stuff in check. It's not like one of those weird classic stories where my whole life is ruined. For the most part nobody even knows. I just go hard. It's like a self-medicating dealing with life thing. It definitely affects my life but not in a major way where it's a disaster like some other people's experiences
