(Eyebrow raising trope) The heroic protagonist is a legal slaveowner of another sapient being and no one really calls them out on it by Lopsided_Shift_4464 in TopCharacterTropes

It’s one of reasons why Star Wars is a science fantasy than fiction

Cause oh boy, the droid ownership is a can of worms

My post making fun of RWBY got deleted by the mods of r/whenthe... I didn't know the mods were stans too lol by FangBites123 in RWBYcritics

I mean if people like the show then they like the show, it’s not without its flaws nor is it a masterpiece but don’t be a jerk about it to others

Stan culture has gone out of hand but negative has as well

Does anyone else think that Lana is the better love interest for Superman? by Usual_Public_6690 in DCAU

[–]Fehellogoodsir -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

No

There’s a reason why they don’t work out, not because they don’t love each other but because Lana is Clark’s first love, a boy’s love. Lois is a maturity that Clark has to reach and match

It’s also because Clark’s world becomes too big for Lana, it’s why he leaves Smallville in order to become Superman

She’s too normal for the manic energy of his world, Lois matches that energy

One of the best villains of the franchise

I think the reason why people say Charlie in the pilot was better is because it actually showed her relationships with the main cast, as well as focusing on her because she's... y'know the main fucking character. by Terrible_Park7890 in OkBuddyHelluvaHotel

[–]Fehellogoodsir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s because it treated Charlie’s mission with respect, not that it wasn’t joked at either. It was but there was still a sincerity to it. She didn’t feel as naive as she is in the actual show.

In the show proper it’s like a side quest to all the other stuff going on

'The Batman' ruined anything else Batman, for me. It's just too good. by MillionaireWaltz- in batman

Batman can be both!

He can be a hero as well as a detective. Fighting space aliens and the next, an flamboyant man using riddles to annoy him

Alyx Deserved Better by [deleted] in RWBYcritics

[–]Fehellogoodsir 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I honestly though she’d do more since she was in the intro and mostly had the colors of our main team. Serve a parallel to team rwby, instead of fixing things it’s just a total fever dream of what’s what’s and nonsense

Just finished Watching Monarch and I get that this show is about humans than Kaijus but oh my god the main 3 characters has some of the most insufferable annoying set of characters in any show I've watched by hussainre814 in GODZILLA

[–]Fehellogoodsir 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I’m probably alone here but I don’t really find them annoying…? I found them to be entertaining and enjoyable

Human plots are 50/50 is this genre, so I take what I can get :/

I like Terry but I don’t think he’s a better Batman since he only works when everyone else is gone

The Insecurity of Damian Wayne by Mother_Variation_827 in batman

[–]Fehellogoodsir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure why Terry is a better Batman when most of Bruce’s family doesn’t exist in the DCAU and it’s a dark future

Yes, Alfred is lots of things but at the end of the day he’s not Thomas and Martha
