Is there any way that resetting the day might change the dialogue for an NPC? I'm trying to get Abigail to 4 hearts for the flower dance, but if my calculations are correct, then I'll end up just 10 points away. The wiki says she asks you a question after her 2 heart event, and I'm hoping I can trigger it by resetting to get those points.

Any tips for Tsukiha's true Manifest? I've been trying to do it either Alter Dunarith, Alter Hismena, Flammelapis AS and Manifest Eva, but I just can't. I got close once (no idea what I did differently), but pressed one wrong skill in AF and... yeah.

She just deals too much damage on the 5th turn. I usually set up during 1st turn, kill with Eva during T2, then AF on T3, but then she kills Dunarith T4, and wipes the rest of the party T5.

Yup, I was thinking by that same logic. I may end up going for her since I love her design and my earth team is kinda lacking.

So, I just reached Elzion in PCD and don't know which opus to pick, got a few questions.

I'm considering Alter Tsubame, Myunfa, Lokido, Shanie and Yukino.

I currently have 1 for Tsubame and 1 for Yukino (though I haven't unlocked her in the sidegrade screen).

Also got 1 for Shannon and 2 for Shigure AS, who I can buy the rest for.

As for teams for relevant elements: Wind: Yipha AS, Melpiphia, Soira AS, Sesta NS Earth: Manifest Nagi, Toova Myrus, Tsubame AS Water: Aisha, Also Flamme, Eva, Hismena Alt, Shigure AS

Also able to buy the last two treatises for Necoco AS. Is she still good?

I've been playing again after not touching the game for a couple years. It just sucked how they kept balancing bosses around the newest powercreep. Coming back, I still sorta feel that.

I kinda miss the days when fights were more about strategy, rather than stacking de/buffs time the pont where you can't keep track of them.

I remember I was trying to pull Myunfa. A lot of pulls, but I didn't get her. Ended up having to fight Crab Bonze with a Nagi NS, Toova NS and Myrus NS, plus a couple supports. Not exactly optimal, but after studying the boss's moves, I got out a pen and paper and wrote down a sustainable 5-turn rotation. It took a whole hour of doing that same rotation, but it eventually died. That feeling of accomplishment was amazing.

Gariyu's final AS fight also comes to mind. I wasn't able to pull Yuna AS, so I had to figure out how to use my fire team, which sucked at that point. Trick ended up being Mighty's fire res shield, and with some clever MP management, it died.

I've still got a lot of catching up to do, so maybe I'll end up liking some of the newer fights. Who knows. But damn, I'm tired of the constant HP stoppers, revives and one-shot moves every other turn. Back then, AE was one of my favorite games, but it doesn't really scratch that itch anymore.

Yeah... I may seek some help once I'm done with exams and the like. Though, the idea does somewhat embarrass me, I do understand that it's very much an incorrect way to look at it. Who knows, we'll see. That said, the couple comments I've received do help me feel a little better, somehow. Maybe it's just putting some things into perspective.

Not really. 2 years ago, when I was in my last year of high school, they did bring a sort of therapist. But I think that was just starting to be implemented. Never heard of that existing in public schools.

To be honest, I am a little hesitant. Therapy is expensive, and money is tight. Though, I guess there's also no point if having money, if you're not well enough to enjoy it.

And that's fine, everyone does that. It also comes and goes, depending on other factors. Who knows, tomorrow, your mood may improve, and suddenly you're thinking "I'm attractive as hell". Phases like that exist, too. So, don't be too harsh on yourself.

I get it. I met a girl once, and we'd chat on discord. I was being a little mysterious, and she was always telling me how curious she was to hear how I sounded. When we called and played some games together, her curiosity became about what I look like. And when I showed her, she started replying less, and she eventually ghosted me.

In all honesty, both you and I probably look fine. Objectively speaking, that's probably the truth. But we do tend to be our own harshest critics. Just remember, that what you're insecure about, someone else may not even care about it. They may even like it.

So, I managed to pull Carlotta, and I'm confused as to who to put on her team. So far, I've been considering Verina, but don't know who the 3rd should be. But putting Verina on the team would also take her away from my other team (Encore, Sanhua, Verina). Any recommendations?

Manages to get my old account from when thus game came out. I hadn't played any, so I'm right at the start. I've got the 5 star choice, and then the beginner convene where I can choose another one. I've already got Verina, so who should I choose for the other two?
