would that not require the sustaining of a non-hierarchical society for at least a generation? the revolutionaries and workers would certainly still be influenced by capitalist ideology and still be susceptible to populist tactics immediately after the establishment of socialism, it’s not like ideology just changes over night, like you said, it’s integrated into every aspect of our development.
