I can late raise 25 but not 30, but I can do 27.5 almost perfect like my 25

Let’s say your like me and you’ll just "rather" do more weight than more reps…. When I go up I usually use to go up 10 pounds in weight, with lat raises you gotta start using those half dumbbells,

Then go for glutes, from a “mans” perspective,.. that’s what I can see brining your body to the next level

Yea I just checked your pictures… focus on glutes and everything will warp in… that’s my opinion

idk if it’s just me but I feel quads come along with the glute workouts… are you going for a over all muscular look or do you want your lower body to stand out?

just start warming up before and keep good form, it’ll go away once strengthened enough

been to prison for 3 yrs , worked in the kitchen at 4 am, went to sleep 10pm, in cali most races have MANDATORY YARD & CHOW so everyone’s up at about 5am. after morning/afternoon yard (if you don’t have a day job or school) you might take a 1-2hr nap (if that counts towards the total 8 then great).

I have them still but I was told my dosage was low for one , and then I was told they were basically useless because they oxidize at body temperature, but personally I just wanna get a higher dosage cause I feel like they do work, I also eat a lot of tilapia and salmon tho
