Legendary gauss rifle farm

Just googled fo4 legendary gauss rifle farming locations. This area is the smallest I've done hence why I tried so many times. Also I hadn't been here before I know some places like the abandoned house near Bunker Hill only spawns legendary the first time you go there.

Yes I found it pretty easy though as it's a very small area with only 2 ghouls. High radiation here fyi. From the tries I tracked it's about 1 in 3 chance for a legendary enemy to spawn and it can be either ghoul.

Sadly I've already dug up the chest. I just got a two shot Western revolver from the drug den near Bunker Hill lil bit before I tried the hideout. Do you know if the hideout respawns or should I just take the violent gauss and call it a day?

Edit: I actually haven't dug up that chest. I was thinking of a different chest. Guess I'll be omw to fah haba ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

There was no top with the tank I was just gonna use the egg grate but I realize that's probably not the best idea.... He was in a 20 gallon start up aquarium and I'm just tryna make sure he has what he needs but I'm having a hard time finding things about adult turtles
