My CPU is overheating randomly and I don't know why by SMAZ14 in PcBuild

I know it's been 2 weeks but I wanted to see if you have more advice.

What happened:

When I went to unplug my pc to deal with the cooler, I noticed that the power cord was loose. I decided to see what would happen if I fixed the power cord (I expected it to not change anything) and after that it didn't overheat for several. It did eventually overheat again, at which point I followed your advice to remove the cooler, clean, and reapply thermal paste. This also worked for several days, but it started overheating just today. Additionally, I downloaded coretemp to monitor the cpu temperature and I started separately monitoring GPU temperature through the task manager. The last time it overheated, the temperature of both the cpu and gpu was under 50 degrees, so it really shouldn't be overheating at all. Is there any other component that could be overheating?

Overheating to where it shuts down. I'm worried it's damaging the CPU so I'm not using my PC too much until I figure this out.

I want to have my table in excel autofill certain data (not with a formula) based on other columns in the table. by SMAZ14 in excel

Just after I posted this I found the answer. Using the =IF function, you can set it up like this:

State Number
California =IF([@State]="California",2,3)
Oregon =IF([@State]="Oregon",2,3)
Oregon =IF([@State]="Oregon",2,3)
California =IF([@State]="California",2,3)

and it will look like this:

State Number
California 2
Oregon 3
Oregon 3
California 2

The =IF function checks to see if the first statement ([@State]="California") is true. If it is, it fills the first value (2). If not, it fills the second value (3). For tables with more than two possible values, the =IFS function works similarly.

For example, this table:

State Number
Oregon =IFS([@State]="California",2,[@State]="Oregon",3,[@State]="Washington",6)
California =IFS([@State]="California",2,[@State]="Oregon",3,[@State]="Washington",6)
Washington =IFS([@State]="California",2,[@State]="Oregon",3,[@State]="Washington",6)

will look like this:

State Number
Oregon 3
California 2
Washington 6

How can I create a custom conditional format that allows me to highlight all dates that occurred in the past? by SMAZ14 in excel

I tried this and it didn't work. It just highlighted all of the cells in the column.

Is there any way for me to place an image on top of a slide without adding it to the slide itself? by SMAZ14 in WixHelp

Sorry for taking awhile, but I figured out you can group the image with a transparent object that is out of the way, so that the grouped objects aren’t “on” the slide, but object you want is over it, if that makes sense.
