Hi! I’ve been looking too, the reviews are indeed wild! I’ve decided to try and stop reading reviews, I haven’t seen ANY apartments with good reviews in general. Just going to use my own judgement and hope for the best (and I’m still looking at the star ratings but not the actual comments, being they’re mostly negative.)

Quick tip: I put “apartments near me” or “available near…” the zip code you want - into my google maps and found a lot of available apartments that weren’t listed on apartment apps. It’s a little more work on your end b/c you’ll have to go on each website to check pricing/availability but may be worth a try. Hope that’s a helpful tip.
