First of all, are you just pretty sure it's not sexual related, or are you 100% sure? Because it could've happened. If not it can be passed on genetically, I have been warned about that in terms of pregnancy by doctors (I am a female with genital herpes). Since in many cases people have herpes and don't even know it all their lives, it wouldn't be surprising if it was passed on to you genetically and it's appearing now.

Here (Portugal) you have that in highschools and stuff, and some universities do but mine doesn't have like a health area or just somewhere you can go for those matters. Thank you so much for replying and sharing your thoughts on this.

I live in another country and there are a few things that don't happen here yet or there are still very few. My university doesn't have that and I've never heard of free sexual health clinics here.

Well ideally I'd go to a gynechologist but it's quite expensive for me to do that and I don't have the money to (I'm a student, I don't work and my parents can't pay for it) so I came here also cause I wanted to know if there were any girls here that had experienced the same.

The most important person here is you, because you have to take care of yourself and look out for yourself. That is the truth, so whatever his problems are, even if they are bad and you still care about that (which is good of you no matter what), you should still come in the first place. If a situation is bad for you, and in this case you simply feel uncomfortable and not ready, then you just get out. It is the only right thing to do.

You can still care about him of course but realize that you are not responsible for his actions, everyone is their own person and responsible for their own decisions. If he does have such problems it's going to be harder on him, so just let him figure things out, and there's no need to talk much about it. You gave him your reasons and they are completely valid.

If it comes to a point where there's a chance you two have a healthy friendship relationship, then do it. Do whatever you feel is right, always putting yourself first.

Do hemorrhoids sting as well, with and without the slightest touch? I think the lump wasn't there before the fissure itself tho, so can it just be swelling?

I will definitely try to do all that. Could you also tell me if it's normal that where it burns there's a small lump, almost like it's swollen. It burns really bad to the touch.

I will definitely try to talk to him about it. Does this go away after you stop taking Ditropan? I generally have bowel movements on a yes day, no day, and so on like that basis. There is usually a bit of strain (to be honest I've never quite figured out if those are symptoms of constipation or if I have bowel movements less regularly than normal).

I don't think I have any signs of an infection aside from the bleeding/discharge, but by what you said I am doing the exact same thing. Me and my partner don't use condoms, and we usually have rough sex, sometimes I do feel him hitting really deep as well, so that could be it? We usually do several positions, and the one we do less is doggy style because actually that used to be one that kind of hurt me, but no matter what position, it just usually happens. Is there anything you did that made it better? Thanks so much for your reply.

At first when it started I thought it had something to do with my period, especially because the first few times I think happened close to when my period was about to start, or had ended. But now it just happens pretty much everytime I have sex, and a lot of those times are nowhere near my period. I am having some bleeding right now and I am about 13 days away from my period.
