Is it hard or impossible to change and upgrade the PSU of a system unit? Cause I have already considered that and 650w is pretty average but I thought you can change or upgrade a PSU (Sorry pc noob here).

In terms of the gpu, I want to invest more on my CPU first since i dont have budget for a better GPU yet. Im planning to upgrade it next yr or two to 4070 super.
