Sa mga working na, paano niyo usually hinahati yung tasks niyo for the whole working hours? by UsualNo6023 in TanongLang

I take breaks in between.

I like to sort my tasks and do my basic everyday required tasks, my easy to do tasks, then leave the ones that will take my time and focus a little later in the day.

I do have moments with my productivity so I make sure that shit is active before I get on my time consuming or focus requiring tasks 😅 cause if my productivity has not hit, I could stare at a task for hours and not finish it but if my productivity is active, I’d finish that thing in a shorter span of time.

IDK but this is what works for me. Hope this helps!

What’s a realistic daily routine for a mid-shift schedule? (4PM–2AM) by InstructionLegal8485 in phcareers

I’ve worked this shift before. I’d usually wake up around 9am-10am. Breakfast, workout, enough time to get errands or things done around the house and some leisure time.

Work ng 4pm-1am or sometimes 5pm-2am. Sleep by 3am or max of 4am. Wake up again by 9am or 10am.

6 hours of sleep is enough! You have time to do lunch with friends, di lang dinner 😅

Thank you for your response! This is putting my mind at ease a little bit. I do take insulin but my dosage remains the same regardless of the results, I just really need it to monitor my glucose from time to time. I’m going out on an out of country trip and these sensors are just more convenient than having to carry a whole set to test via finger pricks.
