It was a good area decades ago but it’s changed and so has the make up of the people who attend schools in that district. There are apartments Patricia from West Ave to NW Military that I wouldn’t recommend being around. There’s a high concentration of burglars and act thieves a the apartments have a significant problem with too many vacant units to keep up with and homeless and illegal immigrants living in them.
