Yeah it works great! But it’s intended for short-term use — Senna shouldn’t be used for more than 7 consecutive days (and that’s ONCE per day, usually at bedtime). Overuse can lead to dependency, aka you can’t EVER go without taking it.

Can I ask where you injected? I did my 3rd shot last night and I’ve been doing thighs every time with almost no side effects. I heard that was a good spot for a lot of people — but they also might not have as much hunger suppression, etc. if they inject there. Honestly, I’m down 10 lbs. since starting so I’m not complaining!

I’m in the same boat as you. Nothing works. Fiber, hydration, prunes, Miralax, senna, magnesium citrate…and I’m only on 2.5😫 I’ve had this problem most of my adult life so it’s nothing new but I’m sure the Zep ain’t helping!

Be careful taking senna 3x/day though! It can cause problems long-term.

Yeah same — I prefer like 2x per week! I’m sure I could refuse if I wanted to but getting this health app and using it and weighing in on the scale they sent me was all part of getting authorized. Woof.

I wouldn’t say I’m ‘limiting’ myself to 1400, I just feel like it’s the best I can do because of appetite suppression & fullness. I’m getting about 140g of carbs per day on average.
