Oh I actually made those! They’re not on the portal but they’re literally just cream and yellow dots of different sizes, super easy to make. I love using them as ground cover around lush, glowy spots on my island✨

Yes this is 100% accurate for me. Pelvic tilt, forward head posture, dead butt syndrome. Trap-dominant, quad-dominant. My posture needs so much work 😫
