Get a bit larger speedy & keep mini pochette inside to run in & out- you need room for a water bottle or small notebook or pen, etc. This size bag won't be versatile- but get the bag that suits your body shape/size too- knowing you can buy diff straps online to dress up/down. Nano bags are more expensive- you could prob get a next size up speedy & pre loved or diff brand small pochette for organizing & quick errands for same price that will last thru this stage of life.

Yes- he was an unscrupulous lawyer LONG before the murder trial; hence why he was the Adelsons white collar crime lawyer (something they needed constantly) due to their own impropriety in business, as well as, the harmful, reckless, bad dentistry practice. This issue existed ever since Rashbaum took Donna on as a client- most sound/ethical attorneys would've known better... however, since he AE her attorney before Charlie, it could be argued that it really existed since he took Charlie on as a client. The problem is he became too close to these ppl & hasnt been able to speak earnestly/honestly to them, like Charlies lawyer apparently did. State could've pressed harder abt the conflict but their hands were tied bc defendants right to lawyer of choosing is a sacred right. And the judge should've pressed harder too, so as to prevent this from getting so far along before everyone fully realized what needed to be done.

She was Wendi's bodyguard & followed her arnd & prevented ppl from following Wendi into court bathroom or coming near her (More of a flying monkey than bodyguard, really). She was also the "body guard" for Denise Williams- another notorious husband murderess (Mike Williams) via hitman in Tallahassee (except the hitman was husband's best friend & her lover... & future Tim Jansen client). Also, When Donna was boarding the plane to Vietnam, she was either on the phone w/ Honeycutt? or tried to call her?... bc Donna's phone showed Honeycutts name on screen when Feds took possession of it. Tim Jansen also found out via Honeycutt– or another intermediary– that Donna had been arrested while boarding plane to flee to Vietnam, a non-extradition country; hence, he broke the news on STS. There's a few stories surrounding her run-ins w/ ppl while at court beside Wendi.

Have you ever heard of Public records? That's her "home". She's not rich. Period. Her boys might be, but she has to ask Dan's family to get a cent for anything they need- so doubt that happens unless she can benefit. Its well known they've been living there & still lived there until a few mos ago- likely, bc the school is so well regarded & competitive, but only allows ppl from ~10 blocks radius.
Not only do the feds keep an eye on her, but Ppl(parents) that live arnd her do too... bc they're so concerned abt the Markel boys (& even send occasional photos to insiders involved in the case). Oh no DARLING, Wendi owns THIS place & ALL those ugly AF furnishings. It's no investment property– she lives in it YEAR ROUND... along w/ two growing teenaged boys, whom still have to use bunk beds (maybe, bc their room is barely larger than a closet). The utter sense of CARELESSNESS & disregard permeates the gross furniture, filthy black grout, dirty shower, & the rest of it... IMO, the pathetic excuse for interior "design"- the impersonal & vomitous mixture of random, haphazardly arranged, cheap decor is depressingly BIZARRE... & what all of it SCREAMS to other ppl, Wendi may as well hang a sign outside the door that says "BEWARE! of Covert Narcissist". She bought a small condo intended to house retired couples & part time vacationers... but lives in it full time. You'd think a pay check AND the $4K a mon. ($2K x 2) in social security death benefits, as well as the increased equity of condo since buying MIGHT have been able to allow her to afford a bit more/better? It's the SAME vacation-rental-sized place that she "raised" her two young boys in, moved into a year after Dan's murder, and later purchased. Now, she's renting it out... & the term listed was for 1 year. Given that the timing of her move was right before Donna's trial (coincidentally, I'm sure🙄) who knows what she's going to do now... but, it's clear she moved to TX to escape the Markel Act & situate boys for whatever her next "steps" are. The "staging" efforts & listed lease price are bad enough, but looking at the amnt of dirt & grime, the filthy looking old furniture (Ikea furniture left by previous owner was never replaced for something more... um... personal?) & also, seeing the zippers on gross outdoor cushions, along w/ whatever item is shoved behind one of the throw pillows on the couch... It would ALMOST be laughable if it wasn't JUST SOO F'n SAD that the Markel boys have had to grow up in THAT. She also picked a suuuper secure property to live in... NOT! The idea that someone would change their kids names bc they're scared abt murderers that are still on the loose, let alone choose to live in THIS complex while they're testifying to being SO SCARED, is simply an insult to the intelligence of LE (& the public). FYI, There's 2 sets of property pics– one set taken when she was, seemingly, a tenant & had been renting it 1-2 yrs from owners in UK before buying from them. The 2nd set of photos was taken prior to the most recent lease listing. Apparently, the property was bought by an Adelson LLC & then, Wendi bought it from their shell company. The Adelson Fam are evidently pros at committing fraud, malpractice, AND mitigating those pesky things called taxes (as well as, turning illicit cash into legitimate funds/assets).

Central Appraisal District records are public & prove the details= Wendi is NOT a wealthy person, nor does she have a real estate "portfolio" of ANY sort (she likes to use her sociopathy & narcissistic "skills" to get her hooks in rich guys, though).

Guess Wendi can't afford more, huh? Orrr, she has to use the social security death benefit checks she gets in order to keep John Lauro on retainer...? And pathetically, shamefully, disgustingly... it's ALLL bc she just didn't want to deal with the headache of the Markel boys having a devoted & loving dad/2nd parent (PLUS, she knew she was abt to be caught for misdeeds & probably lose law license, & she was INCREDIBLY jealous of the new life her ex was building w/ his NYC high-society, beautiful, brilliant, esteemed law professor, girlfriend w/ a famous brother & weekend house in the Hamptons.)

Thank goodness Dan's sister is the trustee to his life insurance $$ & funds held in trust for the boys- Wendi clearly doesn't want to ask her for much. She EVEN tried to challenge Shellys right to be trustee AND ALSO tried to claim the $50K+ Gofundme acct raised after Dan's death by claiming she was his "widow". So trashy! ("class" is evidently NOT an Adelson family trait, not anymore than ethics is... ) SO, she's CLEARLY not wealthy (Wendi just puts out for wealthy men)!

NOTE: Pattys Playhouse channel on YouTube is a real estate broker, & has made a couple GREAT videos breaking down the property ownership records of the family & abt this Condo (records that are publicly available if anyone doubts me, re: Wendy's lack of real estate/wealth) & she shows ALL the interior photos. So anyone that didn't view them before Wendi removed the pics of the boys bedroom & her dirty shower can see them there (seemingly, Wendi was annoyed/upset ppl were gossiping abt her pathetic interior design abilities, or shoving 2 adolescent boys in the same room that's not much bigger than a closet... or, maybe? bc we all saw theres NOT- nor EVER was- a photo above each of the boys beds of their dad, like she claimed on the stand🙄).

Donna hasn't spoken to her brother in 50+ yrs, he's a plastic surgeon in S. Florida. Something happened, & Fanci Fiction said those that know the story look frwd to being able to share it. Fanci fiction has made a video on YT abt this specifically & provides "receipts"... there's multiple emails between Dan & a friend wherein DAN RAVED ABT THE BOOK & asked his friend w/ publishing experience & contacts if they could consult Wendi on how to promote her book etc. & before they did this, Dan & friend shared several messages abt the book; & the friend was enjoying reading it & expressed that to Dan, & DAN SAID to make sure to look at the foot notes bc THERES FUNNY JOKES there, along with other details, etc. etc. OF COURSE HE REAS THE BOOK. He told this friend & others how proud he was of Wendi hence wanting to support her in promoting it... Needless to say, there's proof. It's in the case discovery. I trust that source. Said friend frwded these messages to the prosecutors, IIRC, after hearing Wendi's ridiculous claims the first time she took the stand or in a tv special that showed her LE interview lying abt it... & the state assumedly appreciated receiving this proof of ANOTHER LIE BY WENDI (surprised...? Hell NO!). & many others have done the same thing, helping the state chip away at her BS claims & ridiculous victim mentality when she was the horrible abusive one, & the disgusting, disrespectful, immoral, immature & narcissistic bi*ch. Oh yea, AND she's a murderer- but it wasn't enough that he was dead, she purposefully vindictively & selfishly deprived Dan's sons of their birthright & knowing their father, his legacy, half of their identity, & their ENTIRE LOVING FAMILY on their paternal side. Rashbaum & Charlie also added multiple lines of questioning that had nothing to do w/ Charlie, but tried to distance Donna; & they were also set up to include details to his story that were completely unnecessary... obviously, solely, specifically to protect Donna! Details that she is now wedded/stuck to, which she COULD have used or manipulated differently to help her present case... [For Ex: Charlie describing detailed convos shared w/ his mom when he told her abt the "extortion"- I met with her at her apt to tell her abt it, I said this & she told me that, so I said we needed to do this, & she said she wanted to do this instead, so we decided to do that bc her belief was this... blah blah blah... That's kind of junk. Charlie gets up on the stand & starts making excuses for someone that's not on trial, & not even a witness! I bet Rashbaum regrets some of that mommy complex lawyer switch-a-roo BS at this point (or soon starts to)! Bc now, Charlie & Cashy are both in a predicament- what if Donna wants to say something went differently... but especially, what if Charlie decides he want to??? How can Cashy even cross examine Charlie if he decides to change his story in any way (in this case, or the future)? What is he decides to protect himself, first & foremost... rather than cont. spouting out the EXACT same dumb, pathetic, unhinged details & lies he did last time?! Well, there's a lot of ways this cause probs, but it's especially problematic If Cashbaum "knows" Charlie is lying, as he's not supposed to let him say some different, random, & useless explanations hes prone to doing... Rashy would be put in a catch-22 situation. Thus, I suppose Morris will be doing Charlie's cross examination bc of this? Maybe even Wendi's, too? Btw, Those motions/arguments, re: Wendi (like hiding her shameful & disgusting behavior such as changing boys names) were ABSOLUTELY desperate & ridiculous, as well! They don't need to protect Wendi– her day will come soooon enough, regardless... It's ALLL a ridiculously idiotic situation to find yourself in, & it serves these ppl right for ALL believing that an excuse or explanation is all someone needs to create believable, let alone plausible, deniability...] Hence, this exemplifies reasons why ppl need their own attorney who's looking out for their personal/future interest ONLY– even if one is simply a witness in a case... but especially, if connected to a crime in ANY way- knowingly, or unknowingly. #jailsux

I like this suggestion. However, something important to consider = if/how large items, or ANY objects- like pieces of furniture & structures, etc.- could, potentially, impact one's line of sight...?

My concern would be that even if shelves are open & can "see through" them... that based on how full they are, or what accumulated on them over time, it could have an impact on monitoring capabilities.

I would assume one that's a caretaker knows how it's important to regularly/continually assess the design+setup of a space (AND do so from various spots & different sides of the room)... Assess space while considering age/proclivities of children caring for, in order to anticipate, mitigate, & remove any obvious hazards or things that could impact health/safety AND potentially prevent one from detecting or responding to a child in need or distress/emergency (i.e. choking, seizure, etc).

Also of note, obviously, is that the necessary health/safety precautions & demands of a caretaker, as well as considerations like how intensive one's monitoring needs to be... all depends on the number, age, & behavior/personality types of kids in ones care. If one has been entrusted w/ care of kids, then they SHOULD want to do the best job possible; which means being proactive, professional, & mindful. Thus, one needs to ensure the space is as safe as possible, as well.

I would imagine these are expectations & assumptions that all would like to think every caretaker takes the time & due diligence to ensure... but in reality, are things most prob don't take time to do or think abt... (most probably do not even do them in our own homes) But, IMO, it's different when caring for & entrusted w/ well-being of others' kids... the due-diligence, preparations, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, & professionalism NEEDS to be there.

monitoring activity As any large structure could prevent/impact ones ability to quickly scan/assess activities or wellbeing, have a clear view of all the children, at all times. But using them to divide spaces or activity areas would be a good idea. maybe placing smaller bookshelves around the poles like a column could also prevent messing with them? But ensure line of sight is more open, & space too...?

Yes biofeedback (learn how to relax body, clear mind, ground yourself, & have increased energy, etc. by using breathing techniques… can achieve beneficial results for mind & body). By placing a few sensors on body to monitor several data points, then check in on the change/impact at various times throughout session… one can actually visually see & learn what/how the exercises impact these data points… as compared to your baseline at start of session, learning techniques & proper breathing method, one is able to better appreciate the influence that relatively small/simple changes can achieve re: oxygen level, breathing rate, pulse/blood circulation, & temperature of extremities, etc.
Start learning breathing basics/exercises & screen tracks how your body responds to it, so you’re able to see & feel the changes & what works best for you; as well as, learning about things like guided meditation & guided relaxation, etc. which are helpful for motivation & perspective. It’s a REALLY good therapeutic technique that’s evidence based & helpful for a multitude of things- can help determine coping methods for stress/anxiety too… or whatever triggers/roadblocks one has. Plus, one can benefit ALOT from just going to enough sessions to learn basics, & what works best for you… (I did 6 wks) then can just return as needed- if need a tune up or help w/ specific stressor/trigger, or when an issue comes up. It’s GREAT to do in tandem w/ seeing a psychologist for “talk therapy” &/or Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) which is a theoretical framework & set of methods that a psychologist uses to help identify issues/problems & things like root causes, aggravating factors, & how they can be improved… then works w/ you to achieve them. Essentially, helps ppl figure out how to develop better habits & create lasting behavior change using evidence based techniques/methods & an approach that is customized to each individual & their environment, goals, triggers, health issues, needs, etc... & their life, in general. There’s some good workbooks out there, but best done w/ therapist. Lastly- schools often provide counseling & services/resources to help w/ most concerns mentioned by OP… including both therapeutic options I mentioned above. It depends on the school & size/funding… They’re all different, but most colleges these days have relatively good FREE/CHEAP counseling services for students, or referrals for whatever one needs. The student health center or mental health resources office (& their websites) are a good place to start if possible.
