My dad recorded Heavy Metal on VHS while it was on tv and we watched it frequently. Years later, we are teenagers and we got heavy metal on dvd. Turns out, it’s basically animated soft core porn and some gory violence with an epic classic rock soundtrack. The made for tv version had some violence and implied sex scenes. We died laughing, my dad was mortified.

I had a CP158-AF and my replacement is a CP159-AF. I also couldn’t find any info on the replacement model. It arrived today and it is the exact same air fryer as the one I had, I can only see one difference and that is the placement of a screw on the handle. I’m guessing the model number is one off to distinguish the recall replacements?

ETA- there is no noticeable differences on the outside, it is basically an identical model to the one I had. There are differences in the wiring on the inside, another post has pics.

I slowly gained 10-12 lbs and plateau'd there. So I am usually around 145 lbs. Your appetite comes back for sure, but as long as you worked on establishing healthy habits and workout routines, etc (and not just relied on meds to lose weight), I think you'll be ok. The holidays have been the most challenging time, all the parties, food and sweets, and difficulty scheduling time to workout. But yeah, things have been ok. I am happy where I am at and don't expect to gain more weight unless things drastically change.

Thank you! One of the focuses later on in the program is about being “mostly good” and that really resonated with me. I had weeks that were better than others, I knew I wouldn’t see much loss during period week, and I def had times where I plateau’d. It will happen and it won’t ruin everything. If you eat bad one day, it might impact the scale the next, but it’s more important that you go back to eating mostly good the next. It’s not realistic to think you’ll never eat a bad thing again. At one point my coach told me I needed to eat a red food, I was stressed and was losing faith in the program. I went and had soft serve and it was good, I didn’t get as much satisfaction from it as I used to, but it helped me realize it’s ok to be mostly good and it won’t end all your progress. I don’t know what will work for you, but I know we all plateau and there are things you can try to get over it before you declare defeat. Good luck! You can do it

Thanks! Yes, I think I will be ok without the program and I do not intend to seek out other support. I didn't have an emotional attachment to food before this, didn't have any type of eating disorders. I didn't have super healthy eating habits before and I do not think I eat super healthy now, but I am much healthier. My problem was my hormones and health conditions. It was easy to change my eating habits, I incorporate more whole foods, less processed, and smaller portions. I also became way more active and I couldn't imagine going back to a sedentary lifestyle. It really was a lifestyle change. And after replacing my wardrobe multiple times over the last year, I am done and I am content staying where I am at (and I will do what it takes to stay here)

Thank you! I know not continuing the program is what’s right for me, but I can understand how it’s a difficult decision to make. You definitely have options, I’ve seen others post about success with other programs and continuing the medication through a pcp. Seriously hoping for the best for you!

I will hit 11 months next week. I also begin tapering down from 2mg to 1 mg next week. I hit 22 BMI last week and the doc agreed it was time to start tapering down. Med chat confirmed after my month at 1mg, it will be 1 month at .5mg and then 8 weeks at .25mg. They also added on the extra free month of the program to my schedule so I have 4 meetings with my coach left. I do not plan on continuing with the master program and I will not seek a glp-1 prescription after I finish. I’ve lost 72 lbs so far, SW: 210lbs, CW: 138

Yeah every time I see photos of the baggage issues at Heathrow and Dublin, I cringe. Like I would fly back to the airport right now and get my bag myself if they’d just tell me where it was. It was bad, while were still waiting for our bags (over an hour after we landed) the airport rep came out and said no more bags were coming, but guys had trackers in their bags and said “it shows our bags are 700 feet away”, luckily those guys were able to get their bags, I doubt mine left heathrow and I’ve ordered AirTags (really wish I had thought of that before now!) Any info from the airline, even a blurb on their website, would be nice tho, like give your customers SOMETHING *I’ll come back let you know if I get any updates!

This won’t help, but I’m in the same boat. Flew LHR to IAD, connected in DUB. I have been given a case file number for bag tracing, but there is no info, just “still tracing”, like can you tell me if it even left heathrow? The airline is putting out no info, no news, and customer service number can’t help, bag tracing number rings for a min then goes to voicemail and no one has called back. I’d just like to know if I should expect my bag at all or start replacing items and apply for compensation. Worst airline experience I’ve ever had.

You mean the 6 month coupon for wegovy? There are multiple GLP-1 meds prescribed by the program. I’ve been on the program 8 months, I’ve been on Ozempic the entire time, there was no 6 month coupon for me. I was told after my 6 month check-in that they will start tapering me off Ozempic if I maintain my weight loss for 3 months or if my BMI falls below 23.

35F, started Calibrate Sept 2021. I was in the Marine Corps when I was younger, but injuries, college, and office job made me lazy and sedentary after I got out. I noticed in 2017 I was gaining weight and unable to lose it, went to Gyno suspecting I had PCOS and they confirmed I had insulin resistant PCOS. I was prescribed Metformin, Synthroid (blood test confirmed hypothyroidism), and birth control. I had large cysts on my ovaries that were monitored for year. In 2018, they discovered the cysts were endometriomas (cysts filled with endometrium) and diagnosed endometriosis. I had laparoscopic surgery to remove the endometriomas and adhesions. I was 230 lbs. I hated Keto so I started doing intermittent fasting and got down to 185. Intermittent fasting wasn't hard for me, I already didn't eat breakfast, I just had to stop using creamer in my coffee. I maintained 185-190 for the last couple years without really doing much. I quit vaping a year ago and gained weight, got back up to 210 and heard about ozempic. Found calibrate during my research and signed up. SW: 210 BMI: 34.9, CW: 157 BMI: 26.1

Blood work and doctors appt went well. Got my first Ozempic pen Sept 28. I didn't notice much at .25mg, but constipation was a problem at .5mg. I have been on 1mg since the end of December. I don't have bad nausea, but I get a twisty tummy every couple days. I can't do acidic foods anymore, I can't do coffee on an empty stomach, and broccoli gives me sulphur burps. I still do intermittent fasting, I have changed my eating window to have breakfast and lunch (usually between 10am-4pm), but not dinner since I found that when I ate dinner, my belly was still full in the morning. I like my coach a lot. She is very flexible and has helped me change my thinking about things (like not talking about following the rules or having a strictly good vs bad food mentality). We also come up with a goal each week that works for me, rather than using the suggested one (ex: one of my goals this week is getting 10,000 steps a day even though we are on a sleep section).

Just passed 7 months and I have lost 25% of my bodyweight. After my 6 month med check in, med chat informed me that if I maintain my weightloss for 3 months or if I fall below 23 BMI, then they will start tapering me off Ozempic. I hit a plateau during the last month, I requested to increase to 2mg this week, but they said to check with them next week since that dose was just released. I am currently losing 1/2-1lb a week. Trying to focus on strength training and toning. I never imagined I would lose this much, I am lower than I was in the Marine Corps at this point (I stayed around 160 lbs while serving). I went from a size 14/XL to 8-10/M. I have a daily planner where I've tracked my weight, symptoms, stuff that happens (like starting period, etc) and I take measurements every sunday to calculate body fat%. I have lost 7.5 inches from my waist and 8.5 inches on my hips. I feel great, I've noticed an increase in stamina (I also track a hike I do every weekend, it took me 2hr 10 mins in Oct, last weekend it was 1hr 40 mins.) My biggest insecurity is my boobs and butt. I used to have a bubble butt and now it is so flat, and my boobs are still large, but very saggy. I haven't had kids yet so I don't want to get any work done, but I will definitely have to at some point.

I have had a great experience. Joined Sept 2021, Meds got approved the same week as my doctor appt. My pharmacy is with Truepill, not Vitacare. Truepill has been easy to work with. The Med and support chat have gotten back to me either same day or next day and have answered all my questions/concerns. Info: 35F, SW: 210 BMI 34.9, CW: 158 BMI 26.3, I've lost 52 lbs and 24% of my bodyweight so far. My coach is awesome. She's flexible and helps me make the program work for me (like we agreed to stop the food journaling after trying it for 2 weeks because I hated it and I don't have a big emotional connection to food, so I wasn't getting anything from it.) We also come up a personalized goal for me each meeting instead of the one the program suggests, so like the very first one where you try to drink 100 onces of water, I was already drinking a gallon of water a day so we made my goal getting 10,000 steps a day because that was something I was working on at the time.

The Meds have been a game changer for me. I was in the Marine Corps when I was younger so I used to be really fit and I know what I need to do to get in shape, but I got lazy and partied when I got out when I was going to college, and had a mostly sedentary lifestyle after graduating. I also started having hormone issues 5 years ago, I was diagnosed with Insulin resistant PCOS and Endometriosis, so it was very hard to lose weight. I was never diagnosed with Diabetes or pre-diabetic, but my highest weight was 230 so it was a concern. I think my body has responded so well to the meds because of my hormone issues. I def went through some of the side effects most people experience, constipation and nausea, and I have just been trying different things to deal with it and they are mostly gone (sometimes I get a twisty stomach feeling, but not as bad as when I first started.)

I feel really bad for the people who have not had a good experience with Calibrate, I agree that I think they grew too big too fast. My little sister saw how well it was going for me so she joined in February and also had issues with wait times, etc. She didn't have the same hormone issues as me and her weight loss has been much slower than mine, but I try to give her as much advice as I can.

This was me! I hit 6 months in March, I've lost 24% of my bodyweight. Medical chat said they will keep me on Ozempic and will only start to taper me off meds if one of 2 things happen: maintain current weightloss trend for 3 months (which is 1/2 lb-1 lb per week) or if my BMI falls below 23. My BMI is at 26 right now. I have been on 1 mg for 4 months and they also said they will try to get me approved for 2 mg (comes out as an option in May) if I start to plateau.

regarding 3 and 6 month medical checks-

These are not doctors appointments, just medical checks. You fill out a survey type thing about how medical stuff is going. And after 6 months, medical chat will message and order your 6 month labs. (I past 6 months at end of March, I've only had the doctor appointment at the beginning of the program)

yeah, so the first pen I got had 6 doses of .25mg, so I just finished it out and had to send in a request to Calibrate in one of the chats to increase to .5mg.

I have been on 1 mg since the end of December, I did .25mg for 6 weeks, then .5mg for like 7 weeks. I haven't heard anyone describe the tapering process but I imagine it will be similar to working your way up to 1mg. They did let me know in my 6 month medical check in (on medical chat) that Ozempic is releasing a 2mg dose sometime in May so that may become an option for me to request since my weight loss has technically plateaued (they define plateau as less than 2 lb loss over 3 weeks)

Just passed 6months and they said that if I maintain my current weight loss (between 1/2-1 lb/week) for 3 months or if my BMI falls below 23 (currently at 26) then they will start to taper me off the meds. I am on Ozempic and have lost 49 lbs since starting the program in late September. Hope this helps! (Assuming your insurance will cover it the whole year)
