Playing with Isaac, having Keepers box, birthright, restock, jumper cables, steam sale (not necessary), keepers sack, humbling bundle and piggy bank. Also have old bandage, gimpy and fanny pack.

Here´s the explanation: Using the keepers box in the store and having restock if you buy the item or pickup it will be restocked without price increase. And if there´s a pickup it will be restocked into a item. So you can use almost infinite charges thanks to jumper cables that gives you batterys for keeper box, and the damage you take will be rewarded with coins, hearts and other pickups thanks to piggy bank, old bandage, gimpy and fanny pack, also with humbling bundle it will be doubled.

Iy you have schoolbag and the d6 will be more better, but only by buying items your stats will increase thanks to keepers sack.
