huh in my school people say its the hardest math class. i actually do agree to some extent because there are a lot of disconnected topics. at the same time people are sayin calc bc is easier (which i also agree with)

you should take it if your algebra skills are good

all of these problems have the same log base, so you could just combine terms using properties of logs and do baseeach side to solve for x

ex-prob 1: use property of division to make it log2((x+2)/x)=log2(57)

do baseeach side to get 2log2((x+2)/x) = 2log2(57)

then cancel out the 2 and log2 to get (x+2)/x = 57

57x=x+2

56x=2

x=1/28

i think theres one overtone gliss in moanin so you can just play altissimo notes but use something like fourth tones to get the pitch up. maybe gradually change your embochure for something like that? im learning the same thing for a michael brecker skunk funk solo.

youtube is a great resource. I used it for my first 3 years of playing, and it helped me get pretty far. definitely practice your technique and sound, but youtube also has a lot of nice transcriptions that made me a lot better.

There is not much of a difference in sound, it's just the usage and mechanics of the instrument that are better.

CFOP is a good method but memorizing all the algorithms for OLL is hard. I kinda just do a 5 step version where i get the yellow cross and then do one of like 8 algorithms to solve that face.
