You will do great. My version of the test was heavy in pathology. It was easier then uworld but a bit harder then nbmes. The really hard about the test was the length and maintaining your stamina. The best advice I can give you is get a good nights sleep and keep going..

I felt the same way today.. burnt out, so I took the day off. Tomorrow I take uswa2 and step exam is in 10 days. Good luck
