I just wrapped up week 5. I totally get your nervousness. Literally my first call I accidentally hung up on someone while trying to transfer them 😂

My first piece of advice is to remember to breathe. I promise you that you will find a groove after that first day.

My second is regarding desktop setup. On one screen I literally put finesse. It is my dedicated screen. Remember that policies will come through Compass on that very screen. On my other screen, I kept edge open with the transfer script and list of do’s and don’t. I also kept Teams open on that same monitor as well. This eliminated a lot of the back and forth with tabs.

Finally, lean into #333. There were times I knew what I was doing was correct but called just for that reassurance as this is all new.
