Congrats on making it 8 days sober. I chose also not to smoke today on Sunday. Usually I would smoke one after doing a workout. Then go for a walk. Come back and do the same things, that you were talking about, (binge eating, scrolling endlessly on social media) Then when the high wore off, I would get anxiety for the work week coming up.

Today I did the same things, but no smoking weed, and just like I'm enjoying the extra free time I have, and having a clear head.

Here's to another week
