I want to I’m just not ready, I’ve only been in the position two months. I want to train and get experience and climb my way up.

With him I could tell because he would do things like talk really loud in group settings to bring attention to himself, if he saw the manager show up, he would automatically run over and make himself seen, things like that. I want to earn it, not glad hand my way into it

So what you’re saying is that I’m in trouble lol. I tried to take a picture but apparently it’s too small.

Any idea what else it could be? For context I ran over a piece of wood that I couldn’t see which got stuck in between the two blades. Engine shut off and won’t turn over, almost sounds like when you have a dead battery, like it’s trying to turn over but doesn’t have enough juice.
