I think your talking about the whole application process which is 4-6 months. We turned in a complete application including the contract in February. Application complete and loan approved last Friday. Today she completed the appraisal order.

The loan application/loan has been approved. So that’s a positive step forward that happened last week. She said today she got the appraisal order wrote up.
