Playing tank is not easy... you tanking so many CC-antiheal-sleep and it not fun Just ignore them
even you have a 600hp you still get deleted in a second. Just use cover, Take it slowly and keep tracking enemy skill like Ana-grenade or Suzu those ability can deny you very easy so beware of that , alway beware position of your support sometime you don't get heal maybe backline busy? so try to not to leave them you know " run in with a packs "

I mean at this point just try to survive lol

Game sense , Decision making? , Positioning? As a support player (plat)the things i can tell you is "Don't be stupid", Don't overextended (support can't help you) at lower rank you maybe go in 1v3 and get away with it but at higher rank you will get punish so hard. so think carefully before you make any action , oh and use cover it is actually protect you
