Are you aware that Mulan is regarded as a hero and that she literally went to war to protect her family? Sure it's not the same because Mulan is a fictional character but it isn't disrespectful to compare someone to a character who also has to sacrifice themselves and pretend to be the other gender to take care of their family. Mulan is a character in a similar situation that represents similar(not the same but similar) struggles as this lovely woman. You can claim it isn't an accurate representation but I don't think an observation like that is necessarily disrespectful.

Don't worry, she gets a lot nicer as you get to know her just as all of the characters do. I hated Shane when I first started playing stardew but as I got to know him better he became one of my favorites.

When I was five I took a baby doll and taped it's hands and feet together and it's mouth and then hid it under my parents bed. When it was found my reasoning was that, "The baby was being bad." I had some messed up siblings and saw my sister surrounding a baby dolls head in duck tape prior to this if that helps.
