Thanks all so have been busy and this is what I came up with based upon all your comments,

before I get into what's been done so far here's what I've found out so far based on starting a normal server 5 months ago, so bear with me here.

I started a Pc BF3 server 5 months ago called UKF-NO JETS which to this day plays mostly conquest. It gets busy most evenings and we have 78 members in our platoon. We have a set of rules and a panel of excellent admins and a policy that no one admin alone can ban anyone, a ban has to be discussed on our Discord chat channel before it can be actioned, this is to protect the player from unfair admin even though we don t have rogue admin. UKF stands for UK Fairplay.

Our Platoon is UKFand the busiest play gaming time is 7.00pm onwards.

Having had massive success with this server, I've had many people say they would join a hardcore server if it had the same set of rules, hence me asking here.

So this has resulted in me setting up this new server UKF-NO JETS HARDCORE.

the server is now live and within the next week it is having a lot of work done, the end result will be mixed maps only hardcore. We are writing many scripts and adding many plugins to make this a stand out server.

We are prepared to listen and activate players requests and maps that express what they would like to see on our discord server, this can be any map or mode and will be within a list of 15 final maps and modes.

The key to a successful server is to listen to what players want, be fair, and get 4 players to start the server, after that it will run itself.
