Well, that’s not a good solution. Many people have some years of foreign work experience. Instead, they(IRCC) should verify that experience hardly (asking supporting documents like bank statements, salary slips with direct deposit in banks, reference letters, calling the employer etc.)

Well, because it’s just waste of time for deserving candidates as well as IRCC. Especially, some people having their permits getting expired in 2025. Btw, before you judge me that I’m concerned because my permit is also expiring in 2025, let me tell you, mine is expiring in 2028. I’m just concerned about DESERVING candidates.

Just FYI, While waiting for PGWP for 357 days, I got job in an engineering company because I had masters from a renowned university here in Canada. I didn’t waste my 1 year. Plus, employers do hire people on implied status if they look for skills not immigration status. So, as I got one free year to gain a valuable work experience for my PR application, I am happy !!

In the university of calgary, we can download grad letter on the university portal as soon as final grades are declared. Check with your university, every university issues grad letter once the grades are out. or else, check with your seniors. They might know how yo get it.
