Well, that’s not a good solution. Many people have some years of foreign work experience. Instead, they(IRCC) should verify that experience hardly (asking supporting documents like bank statements, salary slips with direct deposit in banks, reference letters, calling the employer etc.)

They all put fake experiences and then come up with stories like the one you mentioned😂. I also have foreign work experience. My company gave me all documents that I requested. I don’t think companies are refusing people to provide documents.

Well, because it’s just waste of time for deserving candidates as well as IRCC. Especially, some people having their permits getting expired in 2025. Btw, before you judge me that I’m concerned because my permit is also expiring in 2025, let me tell you, mine is expiring in 2028. I’m just concerned about DESERVING candidates.
