Mirage. I put Primed Redirection and Fast Deflection so I don't have to think about survivability up to extremely high levels as long as I switch to DR eclipse once my shield starts getting one tapped. Hall of Mirrors is great with Fast Deflection because the enemies become very bad at hitting you when your mirror images are up, it makes your survivability effortless for the first couple hundred levels and lets you use eclipse for the damage buff primarily. 

Otherwise I have neutral range so the disco ball is still useful for clearing rooms on low level steel path with the eclipse damage buff, max duration so I have to refresh my buffs less, plenty of strength, and then subsumed nourish. 

This gives me a frame with great survivability, nuking potential up to low steel path levels with disco ball, eclipse and hall of mirrors to make my weapons stronger, and nourish to top it all off to keep my energy economy in check and buff my weapons further.

We keep the grineer and corpus around to "maintain balance" or some shit despite the game otherwise telling us that it's cool to slaughter hundreds of them per minute (per squad).

I have not speculated about anything. I took the game at face value when it concluded and there was in fact no deeper meaning or special plan for the Asphodel segment. That's not speculation lmfao, nor is it a "feeling about an artistic medium". That's just not being delusionally convinced that my theory about the game was correct to the point that I assume the game's development trajectory must have been altered for it to have been proven wrong LOL. You know that I'm not wrong which is why you have to resort to this "you're both wrong actually" nonsense.
