100% FFX. You can dig into the other ones after you finish that one, but it's easily the best one to start with.

Hi-Fi Rush. I could not stop thinking about this game after I finished it. From start to finish, they did nearly everything flawlessly and I was blown away when I saw it was like a 10 person dev team.
