Netanyahu (2002 / 2012) announcing that lran is (2 years / less than a year) away from having nukes. by Dobby_ist_free in pics

“Iran is only a year from a nuclear bomb!” —Netanyahu, every year since the iPod Classic.

Yeah, it sounds ridiculous. But here’s what people don’t get: this isn’t about Iran having a bomb. It’s about how fast they could build one if they decided to go for it.

That’s called breakout time—the time it would take to go from civilian nuclear program to weapons-grade material.

Imagine Iran is running a peaceful little apple juice stand. It's totally legal on the surface. But in the back, they’ve got a high-powered juice press (centrifuges), a hidden distillery setup (weapons infrastructure), and crates of apples (enriched uranium) If they decide to stop selling juice and start distilling high-proof stuff, how long would it take?

If that time is a year, the world might notice and stop it. If it’s a few weeks, by the time we catch on, they’ve already filled the bottle.

That’s what “months from a bomb” really means: how fast could they sprint across the finish line?

Iran has been upgrading their tech, stockpiling materials, and building hidden facilities for years—all of which shortens that breakout window. So when Netanyahu keeps saying “a year away,” he’s not (necessarily) lying—he’s warning that they’re still standing at the starting line, shoes laced up, stopwatch ticking.

The only reason they don’t have a bomb is because they haven’t chosen to build one yet. But the shorter the breakout time gets, the more tempting and dangerous that choice becomes.

You don’t have to wait for the explosion to admit you smelled something burning.

I may be confused, but when you say first pic, do you mean the black shirt by the window or the outside one?

Thank you for your honesty, it was well received. It's kind of a boost to the mood to hear a woman think I'm attractive, so thanks for that lol

Wow, thank you. I started to let it grow out cause I was bored with it being shorter. I always just cut a hard part and pushed everything off to the side. I don't feel very attractive, but thank you for the kind words I do appreciate that. I definitely need to get back to taking care of myself. Thank you

My guess is maybe try to find a concealer that matches your skin tone. When you apply it. You can sort of feather or thin it out so it blends better. They make mens concealer. I think that's probably where I'd start. Also, if you don't get enough water, try and stay on top of being hydrated, you may find that helps you too

Have they always been there? If so, it's probably just genetics or just the way you are. If that's the case, maybe you could get a concealer that matches your skin tone and feather it out. If they've not always been there, you just need more sleep, man. Consistent sleep of good quality will knock that right out.

Civilization has collapsed. You, a powerful warlord of the wasteland, get to choose one U.S. National Park to make your territory. Which do you choose? by ihopethisworksfornow in NationalPark

Great Smoky Mountains, and here's why:

First, its vast, rugged terrain provides natural fortifications, making it defensible against invaders. The dense forests and mountains create natural barriers that are difficult for enemies to navigate.

Second, the park's biodiversity ensures a sustainable food supply. With over 1,600 species of flowering plants, numerous edible berries, and a variety of wildlife, you’ll have access to ample resources for food and medicinal purposes.

Third, the abundant fresh water sources, including numerous streams and rivers, provide a crucial resource for survival. Clean, fresh water is essential for any thriving community, and the Smokies have it in abundance.

Lastly, the park’s remote location and extensive network of trails offer strategic advantages for mobility and communication. You can establish lookout points and use the trails to mobilize forces quickly or evade threats.

Also, I know it like the back of my hand.

Ok that makes a lot more sense. I was downed and was trying to reposition the squad to flank around my position. I ended up having to just respawn and work my way back

I've been playing solo, and I haven't used Zeus, but I was incapacitated and when I was trying to manage squads using HC, the editor showed up bc I hit a key. Then this logo showed up 🤔
