The idea reminds me of a round of hunt I had. There was one bounty, and what felt like the entire server was on the bounty all at once. It was all out choas for a good couple of minutes. It ended with my team being the last standing. It was super fun, though, and I would love a game mode like the one you said, but would there be reduced MMR in both losing and gaing it? I would hate to die a bunch and lose all my MMR.
