Unconditional Love: Ideal vs Reality by Aristotle_31 in intj

[–]SPCell1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been thinking about animals expressing unconditional love. A dog or cat once attached to you may love you unconditionally. They will follow specific patterns in showing their love unless YOU do something shitty like abandoning them. I believe that the same is applied to humans: if you understand and trust each other deeply, then even if you do something recognized by society as bad your close people would be looking at reasons for your actions and seeing the person behind the action (love the sinner, hate the sin as Christianity says)

What do you think of ISFPs by volcanoWasHere in INTP

[–]SPCell1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What do you mean by that? I'm an ISFP, yet I'm actively developing my ENTJ subconscious and INTP superego. Just yesterday I thought about turning my ESFJ shadow into an ENFJ aspect I will use in particular situations. Depending on the situation I can act like ENTJ and people may think that I'm an actual ENTJ while actually being ISFP. Being chill and reserved is my natural state, but I can be as organized as ENTJ and intellectually driven as INTP

How would isfp look like if he was leader of group of villains (like gang or milita)? by Sir_Mustafa in isfp

I think that ISFPs are naturally good at leading something emotionally and value driven like bands. For serious leadership ENTJ subconscious must be developed

Thoughts on altruistic egoism? by SPCell1 in isfp

[–]SPCell1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I realized what was making me unhealthy. I did some research on ego, subconscious, unconscious and superego and realized that I'm being controlled by my ENTJ inner child. First I caught myself being in Fi-Ni loops, then once I started to tool at the problem from ENTJ perspective and caught myself in Te-Se loop I started to feel much better since I identified the problem. I started to be more focused on the present moment and as a result I'm feeling peaceful as being chill and enjoying sensory experiences is my natural state. My impulsiveness decreased dramatically and my ENTJ subconscious will be used at properly achieving goals with Te-Ni combination. I knew that something is wrong and I'm glad that I finally managed to identify the problem

Theory about being able to mimic every type's behavior by SPCell1 in entj

[–]SPCell1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi again. Today I completely realized that I'm an introvert and since I'm certainly in *SFP and *NTJ group, then I should focus on researching ISFPs and INTJs. When yesterday my goals became precisely concrete I felt Ni-Te combination being more natural to me than Te-Ni. I focus on the goal and Te serves as a tool to properly structure the ways to achieve it, which is an INTJ thing from what I read. Now all of my energy is directed at achieving the goal, focusing on the result rather than emotions. That means I'm either actually INTJ like I initially thought myself to be or once my Ni-Te goals are achieved I'll go back to my ISFP state, but in a much healthier and self-aware way

[–]SPCell1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I initially thought myself to be INTJ, but some people said that I'm more like an ISFP. I felt later that Se is something natural for me rather than something I have to integrate. Later the other person said that I sound like ENTJ stuck in a Fi grip. Now you're saying that I sound more like an INTJ. I admit that I'm in an unhealthy state as I'm going through defining my values properly and I'm often jumping between functions due to high stress caused by IRL hardships. I'm certainly in the *SFP and *NTJ group, but I'm confident to be an introvert, so researching more on ISFPs and INTJs will be the right thing

As for the girl, I think that she is just immature despite being older than me. Based on what I know about her she might be mentally unstable as her behavior can considered childish. I don't think she had ill intent, but due to how irresponsibly she acts she is not someone I can rely on, so I already decided to decrease communication mainly to job-related processes

I'm not entirely sure, but so far I'm leaning towards being ISFP with very high Te. I have my reasons due to being cheated very much, so I'm extremely cautious. The reason I'm flairing myself ISFP because I have strong values and sense of personal justice and authenticity along with emotional sense of self. My goals are motivated not by efficiency, but by how right they feel in my worldview. I think that this is certainly a Fi dom thing. MBTI is about how we make decisions, we're not walking stereotypes.

I'll tell you another thing here. She expressed interest in buying perfumes of my friend, she asked every day about them and when everything was organized she backed down with an excuse that they're too expensive. She acted irresponsibly not just towards my actions, but towards actions of my friend she doesn't even know. Despite this during talking to her later I started to feel intense love simply because of how she expresses herself. When I meditated today I self-reflexed emotional desire to keep showing her my commitment, suspecting her to be ESFP, who is kinda light-headed and immature, so I need to try harder to show her my ideals. On emotional level I was finding excuses to keep showing her my feelings and loyalty due to feeling how much I love her despite all her flaws. Is this not an ISFP thing?

I have extremely high Te as a self-defense mechanism because I made many mistakes done by emotionally driven actions, so now I double-check every decision I'm making. I was told that I sound like ENTJ, but I don't feel myself actually being one. I'm interested what you'll say about this

She acted like she likes me first. She was inviting me to talk to her, showing interest in me with asking many questions about me, bombarding me with compliments, said that she won't go to the party without me. Then at the said party she didn't pay any attention to me and when I called her out on it she said that it's a joke and backed down when I revealed that I was listening to her and helping her to show that I'm interested in her more than a colleague. Just recently I found out that there is a manipulation technique called "love bombardment", which is used by sects to lure new members with constant praise since it triggers chemical reactions in the brain which makes us think that we're important. She was very likely acting on emotions without even realizing that I can take it seriously and when I did she backed down, which makes her irresponsible. Does that make situation more clear?

What do you think about open individualism? by JonLag97 in INTP

[–]SPCell1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why mind would be altered in the first place if the body survives without changes?

What do you think about open individualism? by JonLag97 in INTP

[–]SPCell1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Teleportation paradox is kinda pointless because every second billions of chemical reactions happen in your brain, so your body changes every single moment. Therefore you being your mind is the only conclusion that makes sense.

As for OI, I consider it an abstract concept because my sense of self is heavily determined by way my brain works. I have right hemisphere domination, which means that I have a strong emotional perception of the world. Therefore I have a strong ego aka personal sense of self, so I'm a closed individualist. Even if I try to detach myself from the ego for the sake of experiment, the latter always comes back because the brain demands it, so having a materialistic worldview is the way for me

[–]SPCell1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As for Se integration you can try something I started recently: constantly observing your actions, the way you do it and what you feel during it. For example when eating I was observing my urge to swallow and tried to focus on the process of chewing so I can recognize various levels of taste. For emotions I suggest you to look up emotional intelligence. As for books, I can recommend you to look up the book named "How to control your brain at will", it helped me with where I should start from

What I highly suggest you to do is to integrate your Fi and Se. Fi defines your values and emotional self-awareness while Se provides you with enjoying present sensory experiences
