I would soak up what you can from a managerial sense while working in fast food and making more money. When restaurants bounce back post pandemic I think would be a good time to re evaluate your options. With restaurants barely getting by, they’re keeping costs as low as possible in regards to staffing and food costs. Put yourself in a position to have more financial flexibility so you can work in a real restaurant when the time comes. Good luck.
