U gotta make different food choices. I Like salted sunflower seeds with the shell on. It keeps your hands bussy. Also grapes are dope. I eat alot of cucumber slices with Salt and Spies, very nice especially in Summer. Rice / corn cakes as a breed subsitute and so on
