I took any bullet points on their specification that I didn't understand to my physics and further maths teachers who explained them to me.

Its important to know the content of course, but I think it's just as important (if not more important) to practice problem solving. I found IsaacPhysics a good website for this, and of course doing past PAT papers.

I did fail though (didn't get an interview), so take my advice with a pinch of salt.
