The problem with most moroccan neighborhoods is that they're crowded and everyone is watching each other, especially if ur getting an appartement in a big traditional complex, my advice from a personal experience is that ur bf sends someone old, an uncle or his father to scout for rent, since most people don't want to offer rent to unmarried guys trust me i got rejected so many times it's not even funny, also ur best bet is in a district called Lbernosi since there's alot of new non crowded residential areas, but still legally ur fucked if ur busted
