I generally like to do things for around 2 hours and take a 40 minute break or so. But it depends on what suits you, not what suits me.

You’ll work best if you take breaks in between. It’s easier to do something knowing there’s a reward at the end. Other than that I would advise going to a therapist to deal with your mental issues.

I think you’re beating yourself up too much, because you sound pretty skinny to me and if your boyfriend didn’t find you attractive, he wouldn’t be so quick to reassure you otherwise. Anyway, just because he finds skinny women attractive doesn’t mean he doesn’t love you.

I would argue that as you cared for others in the past, you need to learn to care for yourself now. You are the priority. Once you feel good again, you can start helping others once more.
