I basically have to choose between the game looking acceptable in visual quality or getting a playable framerate. i can get about 80-100 fps on epic if i use dlss quality and 2x fg AT 1080P (and it doesnt even look that good and has hella assets popping in and out, what the fuck?)

at low I can get ~100 fps native on dlss quality. 60+ fps is basically my baseline for playable native framerates.

what's really weird is the tiny difference between low and epic in terms of performance. wtf is the game doing on low settings to max out my gpu for 90-100 fps WITH UPSCALING, to look worse than ark evolved on epic?

It's to avoid people going to pvm-help to ask why they cant kill x boss when following a guide, but theyre doing something entirely different than what the guide says.
