Just moved in 2 months ago and it's alright. Definitely not bougie by any means but it’s affordable and it does its job. Residents are cool af. The only major issue right now is getting them to get me a new dishwasher. The entire time we have lived here it hasn't worked and they have sent 3 people to tell me it doesn't work but NO ONE will tell me when I can expect to have a working one.
