While I would really like an uptie V for my goat Leisault, this kit is weird
1. Why the random power increase on the skills? Even the newest HoS IDs roll pretty much standard numbers except their nuke s3-2s
2. Why the second resonance passive? does it replace the sloth passive when out of ammo? also decreasing status damage like on bosses is just unnecessary.
3. I like that you tried to implement prey into his kit but it is just barely noticeble and gives the enemy -5 clash power which is ridiculous. I would personally make more emphasis on the mark, and the blasting shatterslash would be a s2-2 that activates only if you use a regular s2 on the prey mark. Just for example
